This is the start of the video I received, please note the distance from the anglers, who started contact. As I stated both parties were at fault. We are not bound by any rule that says "when the pros are here, we stay away", the pros do not own the water. On that note it becomes a matter of choice and what one considers respect this applies to either side of the discussion.
It has been alleged that the marshall was in fear and this is why he put his life jacket on. Listen to the video the pro says twice "I am leaving" and in under a single minute the marshall puts his life vest on.
My Opinion: It is of my OPINION that based on the video, the pros words, that the life jacket was put on because the pro said they were moving, and the marshall was simply "being ready". Not because he was afraid of anything.
It has been alleged that Tyler was on his trolling motor trying to run the pro down, and threatened to jump and make the movements as if jump in the pros boat. These two photos are the alleged photos showing alleged proof of such.
It is of my OPINION based on the video and my knowledge in the video and video editing industry as a professional, that these two photos are single frame grabs then enlarged to fit a narrative that did not happen.
My Opinion:
As anyone can clearly see with the aid of the visual in whole concerning these allegations directly what has been said or pushed as the narrative did not happen in the way it was portrayed.
